Q. How will the raffle work?
A. Buyers may register for a buyer number when they arrive at the preview and opening reception events. The first person in the door at 6pm on June 6th may register for buyer number 21, the next person may register for buyer number 22, etc. It is recommended that buyers fill out the registration form at the bottom of the PDF prospectus and bring this on June 6th or 7th. If a buyer would like to achieve a lower buyer number to ensure that they are able to purchase the pieces they like, they may enter a raffle for buyer numbers 1-20. On June 7th at 7:30 buyer #1 will be awarded and the winner will have 1 minute to mark their purchases. After 1 minute has elapsed, buyer #2 will be drawn, announced and the winner will have 1 minute before buyer #3 is announced. Buyer #1 may continue to select artworks after buyer #2 is called, and so on. One minute after buyer #20 is announced, all other buyers will be allowed to make their selections.
