The quip may be that "she is attracted to shiny things," but I am captivated by light and the surfaces that transform it and give it movement. Water, translucent and reflective materials are frequent elements of my work. In my computer- and electronics-driven art, the programming code is simply another medium serving the goal - elegant and playful ways of engaging people to explore, imagine, and be mesmerized. Currently, I'm working on a series of mixed-media works respectfully addressing the Mudflap Girl.
