Rochester, NY—— The Big 3-O, Rochester Contemporary (RoCo)’s 23rd Annual Art Auction is scheduled for June 22nd from 6 – 10pm, ticket prices are set at $20 for RoCo Members and $25 for the general public. Bidding will begin at the Preview Party and Reception scheduled for June 8th from 7 – 10 and is free and open to the public.

RoCo’s biggest fundraiser of the year, revenue earned from this event support the gallery’s operating budget during the rest of their exhibition season. This year’s event will feature a live and silent auction featuring over 100 local artists.

This year’s auctioneer is MIKE DEMING, “The Antiques Guy” from RNews, who will be joined several guest auctioneers including Shirley Dawson, arts critic for the D&C; Doug Rice of ARTWalk; and Sally Wood Winslow, Director of the High Falls Art Gallery among others.

The gallery will be open for viewing with live music during the International Jazz Festival on June 9, 14 – 16th from 6 – 10 pm with live music. Preview hours continue the following week on June 20 - 21 from 1 – 5 pm.

The Big 3-O will be on display from June 8th – June 22nd. Special gallery hours will be June 9-10, and 14-16 from 6-10pm, 20-21 from 1-5pm.
