Rochester Contemporary Art Center will be accepting general submissions for the 2017-18 seasons and beyond beginning January 1, 2016.

POSTMARK DEADLINE: January 1, 2018

Special Topics of Interest:

Land use and environmental issues
. We are interested in projects that document, address or explore any issues facing the future of the environment and natural resources. This includes the ways in which communities, individuals and groups are coping with or responding to these issues/topics.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the large number of submissions received, materials will not be returned unless specific instructions are provided. We prefer to keep all submissions on file for future reference and consideration. If you would like to have your materials returned, please contact us. Please mail USB flash drive submission packages that we can keep on file for future reference.

Public Art RFP

Rochester Contemporary Art Center’s public art program enlivens the East Avenue neighborhood with temporary, site-specific public sculptures and special projects. In partnership with Christ Church and other neighbors, artworks are available to the public, free of charge adjacent to RoCo's 137 East Avenue location on the grounds of Christ Church.

RoCo seeks proposals for site-specific, temporary public art that will enliven the East Avenue neighborhood. Deadline: 5pm (EST) Saturday, July 1, 2017
