Studios

Rochester Contemporary Art Center rents studio space on the second floor of our East End building. Located in the heart of the East End cultural district near the Eastman School of Music, RPO, Java's, City Blue Imaging, and the Little Theatre this is an excellent location for a studio or an office. Studio tenants are encouraged to participate in 'Upstairs Open Studios' during gallery openings and First Friday events.

All studios include: 24 hour private access, a common sink and rest rooms, and common area for the display of artwork and gathering people.

Studio 1 (Available September 1, 2011)
This space features two windows overlooking Christ Church and East Avenue. The space is 12 feet by 12 feet. All Inclusive monthly rent for this space is $265. Minimum of 1year lease. Monthly rent may be reduced for a multi-year lease.

Studio 2 (Available September 1, 2011)
This two-room studio space features two windows facing south and west. The space is 475 sq. ft. All Inclusive monthly rent for this space is $450. Minimum of 1year lease. Monthly rent may be reduced for a multi-year lease.
