Imaginary Crimes presents the work of Sonja Rodrigue and Stephen Sheffield, two artists who found a mutual interest in each other's styles and began a collaborative project. Influenced by film noir, Rodrigue and Sheffield reconstruct fragments of a fatal scene using a large format hand held camera to photograph one another. The final product is a narrative of emotional violence.
